Meet Jason & Trish
We are inspired by our beautiful home of Boise, Idaho – from the mountains to the orchards – and produce chocolates that utilize local ingredients and flavor combinations. We are also inspired by our travels internationally, introducing limited edition chocolates that imbue the spirit of the many incredible places we've been to or long to visit. As longtime fans of The Chocolat Bar, we were thrilled to have the opportunity to purchase the business when the founding owners were ready to retire. We are honored to carry on the legacy of The Chocolat Bar.
It is our goal to keep the spirit of everything the founding owners worked so hard to build – the best tasting handmade artisan chocolates where there is always a friendly face in beautiful Boise, Idaho. We are fortunate to have an amazing team in place that helps make this happen every day. Our craft confections are made in microbatches in our downtown Boise location.
Jason is a trained chocolatier and brings years of experience in formulation chemistry, managing a manufacturing facility, and restaurant management to the business. Trish brings years of marketing and management experience as well. We have always loved cooking together, and are passionate about exploring new flavors and culinary experiences. We have two beautiful children, and have lived in Boise together for over 15 years. Jason is from Montana, and Trish is from the Treasure Valley. We love travelling internationally, and spending time together as a family experiencing everything Idaho and the Northwest has to offer. We hope to meet you soon!
