Amaretto Cherry Truffle

We have soaked dried cherries in amaretto liqueur for weeks to infuse the delicious almond flavor into the cherries. One of these plump cherries is then placed in the middle of our amaretto dark chocolate ganache within a hand painted shell of our signature dark chocolate.
