Due to the unprecedented circumstances we are living in, we are temporarily offering free local delivery within the Boise area. Upon checkout, your zip code will determine if we can deliver.

Please note: depending on what products are ordered, how many orders are in queue before yours, and when your order is placed – we may not be able to deliver same day. For best safety practices, we are operating with a more limited staff, and not at our full capacity. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


We take great care to ensure our chocolates arrive to you as if you would have picked them up in our shop! This means that we hand pick the items, and package them to order.

We do our best to ship orders out as we receive them, but please allow up to 2 business days for processing a standard order. During the holidays in February and December, our estimated processing time is extended up to 3 business days for online orders. Thank you for your patience with us during our busy seasons.

Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure the chocolates are shipped properly, once the packages have left our care, we cannot guarantee damage to or melting of the chocolates.


The shipping rates are determined by the destination address and weight of the order.


We predominately ship through USPS, but we provide the choice of UPS for larger or expedited orders. The timeline provided by USPS is an estimate and actual arrival may vary – especially during November and December. Please remember to keep our processing time in mind as well.

Warm Weather Shipping

During seasons where temperature could affect the product, we take extra steps to ensure the product is properly protected. This may include but is not limited to ice packs, reflective wrapping and insulation. Generally from late spring through early fall, we will only be able to ship using these methods. For this reason, we also will only ship on Monday – Wednesday so the chocolate will not sit in a transfer station over the weekend. Additionally, a $4.00 “Warm Weather Fee” will be added to any order placed during this season.

If an order placed during warm weather is a gift, please notify the recipient that the gift is coming so they can plan to receive the package and take it indoors as quickly as possible upon arrival.

Pick up in Shop

Orders may be called in during our normal business hours or emailed for pick up at the shop. You will receive a call notifying you that your order is ready for pick up unless a pick up date has already been agreed upon. The order will be held for 2 business days unless other arrangements are made.
